This policy explains how Prawda Transport handles information when you visit our website, request transportation, receive a quote, make a payment, or contact us.
Information we collect
We collect the contact and itinerary information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, pickup and destination details, ride dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, flight details, vehicle preference, and notes. We also keep quote, booking-status, payment-reference, and communication records.
Our hosting and security systems may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, request timing, and error data. We use privacy-conscious traffic analytics to understand aggregate site use.
Payment information
Payments are processed on Square’s hosted Checkout. Prawda Transport does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We retain Square transaction identifiers, amounts, payment status, and timestamps so we can reconcile bookings and refunds.
How we use information
- Review transportation requests and communicate about availability.
- Prepare quotes, confirm bookings, provide rides, and support changes or cancellations.
- Process and reconcile payments and refunds.
- Send transactional email about requests, quotes, and booking status.
- Prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and improve the website.
- Maintain business, tax, dispute, and legal records.
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that operate the service, including Vercel for website hosting and analytics, Supabase for database and authentication services, Square for payment processing, and the configured email provider for transactional messages. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and security
We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for transportation operations, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections, managed authentication, rate limiting, and restricted administrative access, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to review or correct the contact information associated with your request. You may also ask us to delete information that we are not required to keep for operational, payment, accounting, dispute, or legal purposes. Transactional booking messages are part of the service and are not marketing subscriptions.
