Terms of service.
These terms apply to transportation requests, quotes, bookings, payments, and services provided by Prawda Transport. By accepting a quote or paying through Checkout, you agree to these terms and the cancellation policy.
Requests, quotes, and confirmation
A submitted request is not a confirmed reservation. Availability, itinerary, vehicle class, price, included time, and any ride-specific conditions are established in the written quote. A booking is confirmed only after required payment is verified and Prawda Transport sends confirmation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, itinerary, passenger, luggage, flight, accessibility, and timing information. Tell us promptly about changes. Material changes may affect availability, vehicle choice, timing, or price and may require a revised quote.
Pickup and service
Please be ready at the agreed pickup time and location. Waiting time, extra stops, itinerary extensions, cleaning, damage, parking, tolls, or other charges apply only when disclosed in the quote or agreed because the service changed. Passengers must follow applicable law and reasonable safety instructions. We may refuse unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or materially different service.
Vehicles and delays
We make reasonable efforts to provide the quoted vehicle class and schedule. A comparable vehicle may be substituted when necessary. Traffic, weather, road closures, mechanical issues, airport operations, and other conditions outside reasonable control can affect travel time. Customers should choose pickup times with appropriate margin for flights and fixed-time events.
Payment and refunds
Online payments are processed by Square. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the quote says otherwise. Cancellation requests received at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, including no-shows, are subject to a flat $50 fee and the remaining amount paid is refunded. A browser return page or receipt alone does not alter the booking record; payment status is based on verified processor confirmation.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prawda Transport is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from delays or service disruption. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Any claim relating to a booked ride is limited to the amount paid for that ride except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
